Christmas In The Smokies Retreat

We are SO excited to announce Christmas In The Smokies: Return to Gatlinburg, a women’s creative art and Bible Journaling retreat in the Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg, Tennessee at a Private Mountainside Mansion.

Join us as we celebrate the season, create and bake together, and explore the mountains of Tennessee!

We will be spending 3 days in the great Smoky Mountains journaling, creating together, and celebrating the miracle of Christmas and the miracles God has done in our lives.

This retreat will have the same fun and atmosphere of our previous retreats, but we will be featuring new workshops such as painting, stitching, journaling, cooking, and an all around wonderful Christmas celebration.

Date: December 12, 2023 to December 15, 2023

Sleeping arrangements are 2 people sharing a king bed (So, call up your bestie and tell them to book a spot and join you! If you don’t have someone attending with you we will make bed assignments but king beds WILL share with another attendee unless they book a private room, details below on that), a single person on the top bunk of a queen bunk bed, and a single person on the bottom bunk of a queen bunk bed. Sleeping requests are on a first booked-first requested basis.

Cost: $650/person based on a shared bed or shared room if paying cash or check, $695/person based on a shared bed or shared room if paying by card, PayPal, Sezzle, Affirm or Afterpay.

• We do have a limited number of private king rooms available. If you desire a private king room and don’t want to share a king bed with another attendee you can book a private room by yourself for $1390.

To book your space, a non-refundable and non transferable deposit of $360 (private room is due upon booking) is due upon booking, with the remaining balance due no later than October 1st.

Retreat Cost includes daily workshops, a kit full of crafting and baking supplies, 3 nights lodging in a luxury Private Mansion complete with an elevator, two meals daily (We provide breakfast, and either lunch or supper each day along with snacks and soft drinks, tea, water, etc. The third meal daily you will be responsible for. Typically we go out to eat as a group or at your leisure for the third meal.)

Plus, there will be plenty of time for crafting, journaling, OR exploring at your leisure!

The private Cabin Mansion amenities include an elevator to all floors for accessibility, a private movie theater for cabin guests only, 14 bedrooms, 15 fireplaces, 15 bathrooms, 2 game rooms, 2 hot tubs, 3 stories of decks overlooking the mountains,  game room with pool table and arcade games, multiple living room areas for relaxation, and more!
